CUSTOMERLINK

Customer Link enables businesses to permanently re-direct a business line to another number of their choice, ensuring that if they change locations or numbers customers can still contact them.

CustomerLink costs $20.00 plus GST per month.

Important Points

  • Calls are automatically redirected and no additional equipment is necessary
  • More than one call can be redirected at a time unless the destination number is busy
  • Once CustomerLink is active outbound calls cannot be made on the original number
  • Normal call charges apply to the redirected portion of the call

Using CustomerLink

CustomerLink allows redirection to:

  • Another phone line
  • Voicemail box such as Message Manager
  • Mobile phone
  • Pager

DIRECT DIAL (DDI) NUMBERS

DDI numbers enables calls to be made directly into your business line extensions. Direct Dial In numbers are purchase in either blocks of 10 or 100, these are used in conjunction with PABX systems.

DDI Block of 10 costs $40.00 per month plus GST.
DDI Block or 100 costs $65.00 per month plus GST.

Important points

  • DDI’s can only be purchased in either blocks of 10 or 100
  • Primarily used in conjunction with a PABX phone system
  • DDI's are virtual number blocks within your closest exchange

Using Direct Dial In

The last part of the dialled number is passed to the PABX and translated to the appropriate extension.

Series Completion

Series Completion allows businesses to create a small hunt group over a small collection of lines, enabling calls to be distributed between staff and reduce unanswered calls.

Series Completion costs $3.51 plus GST per month plus GST.

Important Points

  • Call Waiting, Call Diversion and Do Not Disturb usually take precedence over Series Completion

Using Series Completion

  • When your main line is busy calls are forwarded to the nominated second line
  • If all lines are busy the caller will receive a busy tone
