CALL MINDER

Call Minder is an answering service that enables business to answer calls when their line is busy or they are unable to answer the phone.  Up to four other phones such as a Telecom mobile phone or other landlines can be linked to each Call Minder mailbox.

Call Minder costs $8.84 per month plus GST.

  • PIN access ensures messages are secure and confidential
  • Linked numbers can be PSTN, Centrex, ISDN, 832xx, 025 or 027 mobile numbers
  • Each mailbox holds up to 20 three-minute messages, increased capacity is available for a fee
  • Call Minder can be turned on or off as required
  • Charges apply for message notifications

Using Call Minder

Once activated Call Minder automatically answers the phone if your line is engaged or you don’t answer after a predetermined number of rings.

  • Callers are played a personal greeting and then given the option to record a message
  • If there is a message waiting you will hear an interrupted dial tone (series of fast beeps) when you pick up the phone
  • To play your messages simply dial the message centre, enter your PIN and press 1 to hear messages
  • You can choose to add Call Forwarding, recording and message notification options to their Call Minder mailbox

MESSAGE MANAGER

Message Manager enables business to communicate quickly and efficiently with colleagues, customers and suppliers.  Voice messages can be sent and received without the interruption of a phone call to other mailboxes toll free within New Zealand.

Message Manager costs $35.51 per month plus GST.
Additional Message Manager mailboxes can be purchased for an additional $22.33 per month plus GST.
Setup cost per mailbox is $5 plus GST.

Using Message Manager

  • Each mailbox has a personal number for use when recording, storing or sending voice messages
  • Callers who call the mailbox can choose to leave a message or be transferred to another number
  • Businesses can choose to divert their phones to their Message Manager mailbox using Call Divert or Call Forward
  • To play messages either dial the message exchange (free from landlines) or the mailbox direct ($0.10 per min)
  • Mailboxes can be accessed internationally

Info-Answer

InfoAnswer provides pre-recorded information when you're unable to take a call. Set InfoAnswer to take all your calls or choose how long to wait before InfoAnswer answer calls. Ideal for managing high volumes of general inquiries or for managing a campaign or offer.

InfoAnswer costs $13.29 per month plus GST.
Setup cost $31.11 plus GST

Using InfoAnswer

If you receive a large number of routine inquiries from customers - like your business hours, services or schedule times - record an InfoAnswer message and give your customers accurate, consistent information.
